Shipping

HeavenlyMe jewelries are ALL MADE TO ORDER.

When you purchase any items from our store,

please allow us 1 week of making jewelries ALL HANDMADE by artisans. 

If we have the items in stock,

we will be shipping out within 2-3 business days.

Our Shipping carrier will be

via USPS Standard SHIPPING on all orders WITHIN THE UNITED STATES 

with tracking number.

Additional fees apply to expedited services.

via USPS First Class Mail Service.

7-10 Day SHIPPING For INTERNATIONAL  

without tracking number.

For Japanese customers who resides in Japan has

a special shipping fee and

time offer.

(please see the chart below)

If we have stock in Japan warehouse,

we will be shipping out from there within

2-3 business days via Japan Post with Letterpack or Letterpack plus

with tracking number.

We will send you the shipment confirmation

once the item is shipped out.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or

a local courier.

Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered

by your local post service,

so the package will be received with your regular mail.

If you are not home when the delivery is made,

a notice card may be left by the postal service

to advise on how and where

your delivery can

be collected.

Returns

All sales are final on sale items or items bought with discount.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or 
exchange your item(s) within 7 days of receipt.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable,
and the customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred
returning the item(s).
We do not accept any returns for international customers.
Refund will only be issued if all returned items are unused
and they are in its original packages with all tags attached. Exchange: Please email us at return@heavenlyme.com,
and let us know the item(s) you are returning,
which item(s) you'd like instead, and the reason for the exchange.
(if an exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges).
